Yesterday evening, Saturday 2nd October, our information security systems detected a possible attack on our mail servers. Our IT team has been working through the night to prevent further spreading of this and are investigating in order to determine the source of this.
We regret to inform you that it is possible that some of our clients may have received an email seemingly sent from Tadawulfx LLC [dont_repley@tadawulfx.com] with a subject line of : ‘New Agreement on Forex’ containing a PDF attachment.
Please be advised that this email is not from Tadawul FX Ltd. Please do not open the attached PDF which may be corrupted. For your own security, please note that Tadawul FX never communicates via email under Tadawul FX LLC, and all official communication from us to our clients will always include a signature and disclaimer.
