Sorry for my late update for GBP/USD Pair today. Anyway congratulations who took my BUY area yesterday and hit T3. As aspected yesterday CS should test 1.6872 and stop at 1.6880. Wow that gave more 180 pips. But that point is not our target because it is not shure and came very late. But the most important is your own target that you can achived it and the results will be good to you at the end of the month. Let say the market going for 200 pips but you only take 60 pips a day. For shure you will get:

60 pips x 20 days = 1200 pip x $1 = $1200

But if you double your lot or $2 a pip you may get $2400

But I always tell my student - if there is a confirmations signal that BULL is the signal go for maximum lot that you got but take less pips and some of them took $10 $20 or $30 a pip but take only 20 pip on that confirmations signal. So the results is if they use $10 a pip :

1. Asia Market - 20 pips x $10 = $200

2. Europe Market - 20 pips x $10 = $200

3. US Market - 20 pips x $10 = $200

So $600 a day x 20 days = $12,000. If they use $5 a pips they still make $6000 or $3 a pips they still make $4000 a month. It up to you man, it your money not me - that is your responsibility not me again. Money management is only use when the market is not confirm so you may hedging double lot on your loosing positions. But if there is a confirms signal why go for minimum lot. You have to take the golden opportunity.

I understand MM is good but if you are really experienced trader and with good knowledge and already well prepared you must take all those golden opportunity. Then only you will get the good results. If you not ready for that use demo accounts and learn forex from the expert. Find a mentor to guide you but remember people will never guide or teach you for free. You have to pay them for thiers service. No free knowledge now days you have to pay.

Opps what I'm writing here hah I supposed to write some predictions. Dey tamby you're late today. Give us the stupid predictions. Ok.. ok.. ok.. this is mine ok. How are you my friends and hope all are in good conditions and please control your GT Habit and please do some jogging and enjoy living. Not just sit infront of the PC all the days long.

Yesterday is a very good trading day for most of my student and some of them got $2100. Wow what a good return and he do it with full of knowledge, patience and discipline. So do some of them just open in few days live account after train 3 month on demo accounts. Traning make prefect and please make your demo accounts as a real one. Please don't forget the basic and see the clock (6 - 10 - 2 - 6 - 10 - 2). What it is man... ops it is just a good formula with one of the discipline in my trading technic.

Ok let see what will happen today. On Daily Chart everything is going up. The market supposed to do some corections. Let see the H4 chart hah hah also in same situations. What happen to weekly chart then.. already touching Mr. BB but too shy to penetrate it. Hourly chart already OB yes already OB but the pattern is " a big flag " must test 1.6320 or further up. So after this spike the CS should make some consolidations.

Anyway let see the small TF and looks like Mr BB is going to do some breaking points and the flag is very big.

So what next if we take all this market habit. I saw this more then 4 years.. yes many-many time. If I'll take all this considerations using Mr Fibo my predictions today in this very early morning in Malaysia is :

As aspected yesterday CS met the buy area and manage to met my T2 at 1.6000 but fail to meet my T3 at 1.6060 and stop at 1.6023. After that CS retrace but fail to test 1.5900 and rebound to test again 1.6020.

At this moment CS is testing 1.6000 area and if fail CS may drop deeper at 1.5900 area. If fail CS should rebound back to test 1.6023 (UTL) again or up further. Please be alert on all reverse signal at M15 and H1. Be more discipline today and dont forget the BASIC.

Bagaimana Forex Bermula !!!

In 1967, a Chicago bank refused a college professor by the name of Milton Friedman a loan in pound sterling because he had intended to use the funds to short the British currency. Friedman, ho had perceived sterling to be priced too high against the dollar, wanted to sell the currency, then later buy it back to repay the bank after the currency declined, thus pocketing a quick profit. The bank's refusal to grant the loan was due to the Bretton Woods Agreement, established twenty years earlier, which fixed national currencies against the dollar, and set the dollar at a rate of per ounce of gold.

The Bretton Woods Agreement, set up in 1944, aimed at installing international monetary stability by preventing money from fleeing across nations, and restricting speculation in the world currencies Prior to the Agreement, the gold exchange standard--prevailing between 1876 and World War I--dominated the international economic system. Under the gold. exchange, currencies gained a new phase of stability as they were backed by the price of gold. It abolished the age-old practice used by kings and rulers of arbitrarily debasing money and triggering inflation. But the gold exchange standard didn't lack faults. As an economy strengthened, it would import heavily from abroad until it ran down its gold reserves required to back its money. As a result, money supply would shrink, interest rates rose and economic activity slowed to the extent of recession. Ultimately, prices of goods had hit bottom, appearing attractive to other nations, which would rush into buying sprees that injected the economy with gold until it increased its money supply, and drive down interest rates and recreate wealth into the economy. Such boom-bust patterns prevailed throughout the gold standard until the outbreak of World War I interrupted trade flows and the free movement of gold.

After the Wars, the Bretton Woods Agreement was founded, where participating countries agreed to try and maintain the value of their currency with a narrow margin against the dollar and a corresponding rate of gold as needed. Countries were prohibited from devaluing their currencies to their trade advantage and were only allowed to do so for devaluations of less than 10%. Into the 1950s, the ever-expanding volume of international trade led to massive movements of capital generated by post-war construction. That destabilized foreign exchange rates as set up in Bretton Woods.

The Agreement was finally abandoned in 1971, and the US dollar would no longer be convertible into gold. By 1973, currencies of major industrialized nations became more freely floating, controlled mainly by the forces of supply and demand which acted in the foreign exchange market. Prices were floated daily, with volumes, speed and price volatility all increasing throughout the 1970s, giving rise to new financial instruments, market deregulation and trade liberalization.

In the 1980s, cross-border capital movements accelerated with the advent of computers and technology, extending market continuum through Asian, European and American time zones. Transactions in foreign exchange rocketed from about billion a day in the 1980s, to more than .5 trillion a day two decades later.
